- Many years experience
- Up to date knowledge with current styles
- Variety of different hair skills
- Experienced in all common hair services
- Willingness to learn new techniques
- Open to positive criticism
- Available to attend classes hosted by suppliers during on and off work hours
- Creative and enthusiastic
- Available for full time position (5 days/ week: Tuesday-Saturday. ok 4 days if client flow is low)
- Commission pay preferred but we may accommodate for hourly wage
- Basic computer skills eg. starting/ shutting down/ logging on, using booking system, playing music, etc
- Warm & welcoming personality towards clients and coworkers
- Customer service etiquette
- Able to answer phone calls, book clients and answer questions
- Having own clientele whether large or small, but not required
