Booking Instructions

Online Booking
  • Returning client? Please book your appointment using the same email address you've used in the past. If you're unsure which email address you used previously, click here.
  • Have a gift card? Check your balance here.
  • We are unable to provide a price estimate without booking a prior consultation (found under the miscellaneous tab). New clients booking without a consultation must acknowledge that a pre-service consultation will be provided and that refusal of subsequent service is subject to our cancellation policy.
  • Our online booking system requires a valid credit card to be collected to reserve the appointment. Appointment charges are not made using this card. Our cancellation and no-show policy will apply to all appointments. If you do not have a card yet saved on file, you will receive an SMS and/or e-mail usually within a few hours after booking with instructions on adding your card.

Late Cancellation/ No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. As the time reserved for an appointment is specially for you, missed appointments and late cancellations not only mean lost revenue for us, but a lost opportunity for someone who might have been able to use your appointment time.

48 hours before your appointment you will receive an email and/or text message requiring you to confirm your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please complete the form below. Canceling with less than a 40-hour notice or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in the charge of a late-cancellation, no-show fee or rendering the appointment deposit non refundable, respectively. An invoice will be generated for any fees owed and must be paid within 24 hours of generation of the invoice. Payment can be made by credit card online or will automatically be billed to your card on file if applicable.

Cancel / Reschedule Your Appointment

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do so online up to 24 hours before your appointment! Use the online booking feature above and make sure you are logged into your Vagaro account, then click your initials in the top right corner and choose "Appointments".
